Year 3
Welcome to Year 3
The Year 3 Team are:

Children will come in through classroom doors at 8:30am. Each door will have the class and teacher name on the outside to help you find the right one. Staff will be on hand to direct you to the right place.
STARS OF THE WEEK
Each week we celebrate the hard work and effort the children put into their learning. These children have been recognised this week for their outstanding learning.
HEADTEACHER AWARDS
Each half term we celebrate the consistent effort and hard work children have shown all term.
YEAR 3 RESIDENTIAL TRIP 2019
Year 3 will be going on their first residential trip to Whitemoor Lakes. The dates of the trip for this year are Monday 29th April 2019 - Wednesday 1st May 2019.
Children will attend a 2 night stay at the Whitemoor Lakes Activity Centre in Staffordshire. Activities will include: zip wire, abseiling, high ropes course, climbing, archery, team games, problem solving activities and a camp fire.
The approximate cost of the trip will be £165 per child and includes the cost of transport, activities, equipment hire, food, accommodation and insurance.

Year 4
Welcome to Year 4

Year 4 Swimming
Throughout the year all children in Year 4 will attend swimming lessons. We will be taking children to Bletchley Leisure Centre every Monday for a 30 minute swimming lesson. Please ensure that your child has their swimming kit in school each week.

POPLAR - Summer term
The children will be accompanied by staff from Orchard Academy and the swimming lessons delivered by qualified swimming teachers from Milton Keynes Swimming school. A lifeguard will be present during all swimming lessons.
If you have any questions regarding swimming lessons please speak to your child's class teacher in the first instance.
AUTUMN TERM 2018
This term we will be exploring the Ancient Worlds of Ancient Greece.
